Return/Refund & Shipping Policy

Standard Flat Rate shipping is only available to the 50 United States. If you would like us to ship Internationally, please contact us! 


Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24-48 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are available, but you must contact us and pay the difference, to secure your overnight/Saturday delivery.

Medik Aesthetics Co. ships through various carriers (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) you will be notified by email and through your tracking number which carrier we used and will be supplied relevant information so that you may track your order.


THE FOLLOWING ARE OPTIONS FOR DELIVERY AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES (does not include processing time).

Economy (Flat Rate): 7-10 business days. 

Standard: 5-7 business days.

Expedited:  1-3 business days.

Overnight/Saturday: Please contact us to make arrangements.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Nothing is ever final, contact us, we will work with you!


WARRANTY AND RETURN: 21 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY

We pride ourselves in our product quality and strict quality control, but to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 21 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandise is subject to return and an exchange ONLY within 21 days: poor quality materials, obvious color difference (ordered blue, received red), the major difference between the photographed product and the product received. However, you may order product from us that has different versions of packaging. Manufacturer's change product packaging from time to time. Your right to return, based on this Warranty, only applies to goods that are returned in the same condition, as you received them. It does not apply to poorly handled item(s), and/or not properly being trained. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged by you, or not kept in the same condition, as you received them, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be eligible for return/exchange. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased goods, while they are in your possession.


Ⅰ. Return Process If you had any problem after you received your item, please send an email to our customer service: info@medikalsupply.com. To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us with pictures that display the problem.  Once we have the details, we will reply to you in 48 hours Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends.  Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid only when it is accepted by our customer service center at the address provided by our team. You will be asked to send the item back at your own expenses, unless we deem, that it is our responsibility.


II. Return Policy

  1. Due to the nature of products we sell, you can only return items within 21 days after delivery that applies to our Warranty/Return Policy stated above. All you need to do is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.
  2. Items should not be unpacked or used and the label should be attached.
  3. We will take responsibility or partial responsibility for the following defects only, within 21 days: unmerchantable materials, obvious color difference (however colors do slightly vary due to manufacturing processing), material difference between the photographed product and the product received.
  4. No return/exchange on promotional items or items on sale.
  5. Under no circumstance may a product be returned or exchanged if it has been used or otherwise tampered with in recipient’s possession (hyaluron pens are NO exception).


III. Exchange & Refund ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN with the exception of our warranty stated above.  


Ⅳ. Shipping Fee Medik Aesthetics Co.  is not liable for shipping fee(s) to return or processing of exchange(s). Customer will be sent an invoice for the shipping difference(s), or you can ship the item(s) back with your own label at your own expense.


Ⅴ. Package Returned with Defective Goods

  1. Upon Medik Aesthetics Co. receiving your returned item, we have 72 hours to inspect and contact you regarding your return. In the meantime if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service on info@medikalsupply.com
  2. NOTE: The original shipping fee(s) are non-refundable and/or restocking fee of 25% in special circumstances, if the item is approved for return.
